Online booking for private therapy practice — simple, private, professional
Let clients book sessions directly — with a private video room, automated reminders, and optional session fee collection. No software to install. No awkward email chains.
No credit card required. Free plan includes 20 bookings/month.
Designed around the needs of private practice
Private video — nothing to install
Every booking gets a browser-based video room. Clients click the link in their confirmation email and the session opens — no Zoom account, no app download, nothing that makes a nervous client pause.
Gentle, automated reminders
Email reminders go out automatically before each session. You set the timing; Flo handles the delivery. Clients who don't receive reminders sometimes don't show up.
Pre-session intake
Add questions to your booking form — what brings them to therapy, their GP details, anything you need before a first session. All answered before they arrive.
Session fee collection
Collect session fees or a booking deposit via Stripe. Clients who've paid are more likely to attend. Requires a Stripe account to be set up.
Multiple session types
Separate booking pages for initial consultations (free or paid), 50-minute sessions, couples therapy, and corporate wellbeing slots — each with its own availability and pricing.
Calendar sync
Connect Google Calendar. Every Flo booking syncs straight to your calendar automatically — no manual diary updates.
