What counts as a booking?
Any confirmed appointment created through Flo — whether by your client via the booking page, or added manually by you — counts as one booking.
How do I get a paid plan?
Paid plans are available by speaking to us. Use the Contact us button on a plan and we will take it from there.
Where is my data stored?
Flo's database and application servers are in London. We apply data minimisation principles; see our Privacy Policy at withflo.app/privacy for what we collect and how calendar access works.
